Ultrasonic Wire CleanerCustomizable to your application
The Ultrasonic Power Corporation heavy duty continuous wire cleaning system is built for long term, continuous, reliable, precision cleaning. The cleaning tank provides a weir system at each end to port overflow to the reservoir, passing through the filtration system and then back to the tank. Wire positioning is adjustable as is water level height and flow rate to aid in positioning wire depth under the liquid surface.
Why Use an Ultrasonic Wire Cleaner?
Traditional methods of wire cleaning don’t always provide the thorough cleaning required for many wire applications. Ultrasonic cleaning offers superior cleaning on so many levels.
In an ultrasonic wire cleaner, ultrasonic sound waves are used to agitate contaminants away from the surface of electrical wiring. This ultrasonic power effectively removes built-up residue and contaminants including grease, grime, oil, dirt and dust. When wires are submerged in the cleaning fluid, ultrasonic waves are able to reach every crevice of even the most intricate wire, an impossibility for traditional cleaning methods.
What’s more, ultrasonic wire cleaning is a speedy process so you can thoroughly clean massive lengths of wire in a short period of time. Another advantage is that this process doesn’t require the use of harsh chemicals so you limit the chance of damaging wires and minimize the risk of exposure for workers.
