Three Tank Ultrasonic Console With Ultrasonic Wash, Rinse, Dry

This ultrasonic cleaning system is designed as a precision ultrasonic cleaning system. The system provides for a two stage cleaning process and a hot air dryer. The system utilizes water and detergent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The third stage is a separate hot air dryer console. Parts are manually transported through the wash, rinse immersion process. 

The wash/rinse and dryer consoles are companion units. The equipment is stainless steel exterior frame with all stainless steel tanks and a stainless steel countertop. The ultrasonic generators are located within the frame of the wash console. All the controls are located so they can be accessed from the front of the console. Access to the console interior is via sliding high-density polypropylene plastic sliding panels
