Ultrasonic Power Corporation is proud to design and manufacture industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment in the USA. From our facility in Freeport, Illinois, UPC develops and manufactures durable ultrasonic cleaning systems for customers across a wide range of industries.
Since 1972, we have focused on building reliable industrial cleaning equipment designed for demanding applications. Our ultrasonic cleaners combine heavy-duty construction, advanced ultrasonic technology, and the ability to configure systems around each customer's cleaning requirements.
Built in Freeport, Illinois
UPC builds its equipment in a restored railroad depot on eight acres in Freeport, Illinois. Every system we sell is designed, built, tested and supported here. Our engineers and support staff all work under the same roof. That's how we keep tight control over quality, and why the people who built your system are the same people who answer when you call.
- The depot: Our home, a historic railroad depot restored as a modern manufacturing site.
- Engineering: Our engineers design every system on site, from standard tanks to custom multi-stage lines, so they can walk to the production floor to see their designs being built.
- Transducers: Our engineers build and bond Vibra-bar® transducers in-house.
- Generators: Ultrasonic generators are assembled, tuned and tested in Freeport.
- Assembly and testing: Every system is tested and tuned before it ships.
- Cleaning lab: Customers send sample parts for a free cleaning test, and we recommend a setup based on the results.
- Sales: Our sales team works in the same building as the people who build your system. When you call for a quote, the answer comes straight from Freeport.
