Converting to Flammable Solvent Safe Systems
At Ultrasonic Power Corporation, our systems can be modified to be used safely with flammable solvents rather than in standard ultrasonic cleaners. Explosion-proof equipment for these applications are rated Class I, Division 1.
Standard ultrasonic cleaners are not designed for flammable solvents, and using them is dangerous because it can cause explosions or fire. Our modified systems incorporate measures such as nitrogen inerting for fire protection and are built to meet all applicable safety standards, giving you the full benefits of a properly designed explosion proof ultrasonic cleaner.
