Why Use an Ultrasonic Cleaner for DPF Cleaning?

Deciding between an ultrasonic diesel particulate filter cleaner and another method? Ultrasonic cleaners can achieve incredible results and are the top choice for diesel particulate filter cleaning for a number of reasons.

An ultrasonic DPF cleaner works by agitating the fluid medium in which the part is submerged with a high-frequency ultrasonic sound to produce millions of tiny bubbles. The bubbles implode with such force that they loosen and strip away dirt and grime from the surface of the object.

Ultrasonic cleaners offer a simple and quick solution so you can avoid downtime and reduce man-hours, making a significant impact on your bottom line. Using an ultrasonic cleaner will prolong the life of the filter and even help it operate more efficiently.
