Console Rinse Tanks

Most ultrasonic cleaners operate using detergents or soaps, which significantly enhance the cleaning effectiveness of both benchtop models and larger systems. The rinsing tanks play a crucial role in ensuring that any detergent residue is removed, as leftover detergent can create unsightly spots on the cleaned parts—something that is generally not acceptable.

The number of rinse tanks you'll need largely depends on how many parts you plan to clean each day and the quality of the results you're aiming for. Here are some considerations:

- If you're cleaning only a few parts and can tolerate some water spotting, a single rinse tank may suffice.

- For pristine parts free of water spots or if you're cleaning a larger volume of parts, two cascading rinse tanks are advisable.
