UPC is excited to announce Windy Shaffer as the Crescendo to Excellence‚ scholarship winner! UPC is proud to partner with NAPBIRT (National Association of Band Instrument Repair Technicians) and advance their mission to it's membership and technical profession development. Windy Shaffer is a¬†band instrument repair technician from from Spanish Fork, Utah and the owner of Windy's Wind. She will be attending the upcoming String 1 Course from November 9-12. Way to go Windy!
