Five Tank Automated Ultrasonic Cleaner

This custom designed 5 stage cleaning system has integrated LOAD and UNLOAD Stations.  The parts basket is picked up from the load station and is passed through a spray rinse, ultrasonic wash (40kHz), ultrasonic rinse #1 (68kHz), ultrasonic rinse #2 (130kHz), and then the dry station.  The cycle is completed as the parts basket is placed at the UNLOAD Station.  Cascading ultrasonic frequencies ensure that all debris is ‘scrubbed’ away.  Recipes are programmed into the automated cycle for unique cleaning operations based on the individual parts.

• SOVI ® (Sonic Output Validation Indicator) diagnostic system- validates operating condition of the system. Error code indicates fault.
